In my house, bath time is just a continuation of play time. My kids love the water. But one thing about play time in the tub is that bath toys have to stay in the bath tub, and everyday toys (at least most of them) aren’t allowed. Can you imagine your child taking a stuffed animal into the bath tub? It gives me a headache just thinking about it. SoapSox is changing that and is making a big splash in play – I mean bath time.

SoapSox offers 2-in-1 fun, from everyday play, to diving right into the bath tub. It’s the only cuddly plush I’ve ever seen that’s great for bath time play. With patented soap pockets, lovable SoapSox characters quickly transform from soft, snuggly friends, to sudsy wash cloths. What better way for a child to get clean?
- Collection of colorful characters

Characters range from animals like Scorch the Dragon and Harper the Hippo, to Disney favorites, like Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and the Little Mermaid’s Ariel and Flounder. My two youngest have been enjoying play and bath time with Ava the Dolphin and Bailey the Bear.
When bath time rolls around, I simply place a bar of soap or a little bit of liquid soap right in the character’s mouth, give it a few squeezes, and the soap lathers up for fun and gentle bath time scrubbing.
After bath time, I squeeze the water out and just let them sit on the side of the tub to dry (usually over night). The next morning, it’s back to regular play time until the next bath. And when the time comes that the SoapSox characters need washing, I’ll just toss them in the washer.
Which SoapSox character will your child enjoy?
