My Experience with Bio-Kult Probiotics

The first few days I started taking Bio-Kult probiotics, I did notice that I seemed unusually gassy. After some research, I found that that’s actually normal. It was just my body adapting to the extra probiotic bacteria in my digestive system. And honestly, it felt good to know the supplements are actually working. After a few days, the gassy symptom subsided and everything has been smooth sailing ever since.

Bio-Kult probiotics are super easy to take. The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules once or twice per day, with food. The capsules themselves are very lightweight and small in size, as far as capsules go. I find them pretty easy to swallow, but if you’re not the greatest pill-taker, here’s a helpful hint:

For easier consumption, pull apart the capsules and sprinkle the contents on your food or mix it in a drink. You won’t even notice it’s there. I’ve tried mixing a capsule in some water, just to see if I’d be able to notice a difference in taste, and I didn’t notice a difference at all.
