I have been thinking about starting Daily Burn workouts for months now and every day that I had intentions of getting signed up, I got busy and distracted doing something else and never got it done.  That changes today!

I’ve just visited the Daily Burn website and have officially started my free 30 day trial.  If you’re not familiar with Daily Burn, it is basically an online hub that provides you with multiple different types of exercise programs and has tons of workout videos to follow along with.

You can choose to do everything from cardio, to yoga, dance, pilates, core workouts, intense inferno routines, cool downs, and so much more.  There’s even a “Beautiful Belly Pre & Postnatal Yoga” program for pregnant women.  There’s something for everyone and every difficulty level, whether you’re a beginner or are looking for something more intermediate or advanced.

The thing that was most appealing to me is that every day there is a new workout, so I’m never stuck doing the same exact routine over and over.  You don’t have to do the daily workout and can choose other existing videos, but I like having some variety in my workouts.

Not only does Daily Burn provide you with the workout videos, but you also have access to meal plans and recipes.  I can do all the workouts I want, but food is my biggest weakness.  I love having access to a meal plan so I don’t even have to think about what I’m going to eat because it’s already layed out for me.  And then having access to recipes that are healthy and tasty provides me with better tools for not only cooking for myself, but giving my family healthier meals as well.

So, today is my day 1 and it’s nothing but up from here.  I’m super excited to be getting started on a better me and I’m going into this with all the confidence in the world.     1. I started a cardio program yesterday and my son was doing squats and lunges with me. He thought we were just playing and then late last night asked if we could do it again. It’s definitely something the whole family can enjoy.

  1. I tried Daily Burn, I thought they had a great range of skill workouts in fast increments- great for on a work break! I’m always looking for ways to get up and moving at home!

    1. Well thanks, haha! Don’t you worry, though. I have a recipe for sweet potato fries that is absolutely delicious, so that will due in place of regular ones.

  3. I love things like this. It’s always hard to get out of the house, but this really helps people who can’t. It’s amazing.
