You could say I was a late comer when it came to the Instant Pot. But I’ve had mine for a few months now and love it! In fact, I’ll be using it for dinner tonight. This may be hard for all of you die hard Instant Pot fans to understand, but not every household has an Instant Pot. So I know it’s going to be a hot gift yet again this holiday. And not just the kitchen accessory itself, but cookbooks to go along with it.
