What is FEND?

In laymen’s terms, FEND is a portable misting system that filters the air you breathe.

The more detailed answer? FEND is a new hygiene system that cleanses the upper respiratory airways, strengthening the body’s natural ability to help keep the lungs cleaner and healthier.

The system itself is a small misting device that uses a drug-free, calcium-enriched saline solution. The mister creates perfectly sized particles that exit the device in a mist, which is inhaled through your nose. When inhaled deeply, the particles in the mist help your upper airways capture and eliminate airborne contaminants before they reach your lungs. It also helps reduce the number of airborne contaminants you exhale back into the air.

Using the FEND Mister

It’s important to note that the first time you use FEND, you’ll have to prime the mister, just like when you get a new soap dispenser. After that, each use is pretty simple. 

To use the mister, place 2-3 fingers on the top of the device, with your thumb on the bottom. Then, holding the mister upright and close to your face, firmly squeeze the top and bottom together. As the device compresses, it releases a mist of the calcium-enriched saline solution. Deeply inhale the mist 2 times.

Do not place the mister right up to your nose. FEND is not a nasal spray and is not designed to be sprayed directly into the nose. Unlike nasal sprays, this system is designed to generate a gentle, safe mist that is inhaled into the upper airways versus being inserted and sprayed into the nose.

FEND recommends using the mister 3 times a day, each use lasting up to 6 hours. Regular use helps to continually strengthen the mucosal lining, creating a strong filter against small airborne contaminants.

Why I Chose FEND
